Chris Kelly
Since October 1994, Mr. Kelly has been the owner/president of Kelly HVAC Inc., a full service mechanical contractor specializing in the service industry. Before starting his own business, Mr. Kelly completed five years in the Steamfitters Local 602 Apprenticeship Program while working for Giant Foods and Johnson Controls. He has over 30 years of mechanical experience with emphasis on specialty HVAC applications such as clean rooms, designing of computer room systems, and ice rinks.
Mr. Kelly has been active with the Mechanical Contractors Association since 1995. He served on the Service Bureau Committee for five years before joining the Executive Committee of the MCAA. In 2005, Mr. Kelly served as the President of MCA. In 2002, he was appointed to the Maryland Apprentice and Training Council for the Maryland State Government in Annapolis, Maryland, for a 12 year term. He is very active with the community and coaches many sports for the Davidsonville Athletic Association.
Chris S.
Chris joined the Kelly Team in May 2009. He is a retired detective and has served in the Prince George’s County Police Department for over 20 years. His attention to detail makes him an asset in handling customer relations, field technicians, and estimating. As the Senior Vice President of the company, he will be supervising the internal process of the company and ensuring that projects are completed accurately. Chris Jr.
Chris Jr. joined Kelly HVAC in 2016 as Sales and Marketing Associate and has been promoted to VP of operations in February 2022. Chris Jr. contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies, helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each service being offered. He develops sales strategies and approaches for services such as promotions, sponsored events, etc., and can answer client questions about our service benefits. Chris Jr. maintains excellent relationships with our clients through superior customer service.
Robert O.
Rob started with Kelly HVAC in 2015 towards the end of his Local 602 Apprenticeship. He has 12 years field experience in the heating, refrigeration, and piping industry and 20+ years’ experience in many other aspects of the construction industry. Along with overseeing the service department, Rob manages multiple large installations, ranging from large capacity refrigeration, multi-unit building system replacements, critical cooling systems, and design build projects. He most enjoys designing and working with Variable Refrigerant Flow Systems.
Rob holds HVACR Masters licenses in Maryland and Virginia
Tom S.
A native of Baltimore, Tom joined the Kelly HVAC Team in 2023. He has 35 years of experience in sales and 15 years of experience as a business owner. After retiring for 5 years to enjoy traveling and pursue his love for hunting and fishing, Tom decided to change his status to Semi-Retired. Now, Tom oversees and facilitates the Warehouse operations for Kelly HVAC. He ensures that shipments are properly delivered and accounted for. He also manages and supervises the warehouse inventory for the office and steamfitters.
Jon W.
Jon joined the Kelly HVAC service team in 2022. Mr. Wyatt also has 15 years of experience in retail management. He is a Service Estimator and Project Manager and is responsible for overseeing parts and equipment orders. Jon provides estimates and manages projects for both service repair and small construction jobs.
Danie G.
Danie joined the Kelly HVAC Team in 2016 as the Administrative Assistant and has since grown with the company. Danie deals with purchase orders, accounts payables, IT coordination, and administration at Kelly HVAC.
Jamie D.
Jamie joined the Kelly HVAC Team in 2023 as the Service Coordinator, with 8 years of experience in the service industry. Jamie is responsible for scheduling service calls, handling customer relations, questions, concerns, and appointing daily assignments to our steamfitters. She also performs administration tasks and external communications. Jamie’s #1 priority is customer satisfaction and building a great relationship with the customers.
